HK Scope of Works

covers daily, weekly, and periodic tasks like sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all areas (floors, furniture, fixtures, windows) using specified materials, plus waste removal, restroom hygiene, and managing supplies, aiming for high cleanliness standards in offices, homes, or hotels, often detailing responsibilities like window cleaning, deep cleaning, and specific area focus (kitchens, bathrooms, common areas).

Daily Tasks

Floors: Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming all areas (offices, corridors, stairs, surrounding grounds).
Surfaces: Dusting and wiping tables, furniture, equipment, window sills, and fixtures.
Waste: Emptying dustbins, collecting refuse, and disposing of it in designated areas.
Restrooms: Cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing toilets, washbasins, mirrors, and sanitary fittings.
Common Areas: Cleaning lifts, lobbies, and reception areas.
Refreshments: Spraying room fresheners.

Weekly Tasks

Deep Cleaning: Wet washing/mopping of floors, doors, and windows with detergents.
Glass: Cleaning glass panes, windows, and grills thoroughly.
Cobwebs: Removing cobwebs from walls, ceilings, and corners.
High Surfaces: Dusting walls, fans, and high fixtures (rotationally).
Sanitization: Deep cleaning of toilets and high-touch surfaces.

Periodic/Monthly Tasks

Deep Cleans: Deep cleaning of floors, walls, ceilings, air vents, and specific areas like Operating Theatres (if applicable).
Polishing: Polishing furniture and fixtures.
